The Town of Northborough Health Department will be holding an H1N1 clinic for Algonquin Regional High School Students on Saturday, December 12, 2009 from 9 am – 1 pm. Each child under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Pre-registration for this clinic is required.

Please note that at this time the vaccine availability is Live Attenuated Nasal Spray (LAIV) or pre-filled syringe IM vaccines (the shot). The Vaccine Information Sheets (VIS) can be found on the town web page on the H1N1 information section of the health department page.
