The Northborough Health Department will be holding an H1N1 vaccination clinic on Saturday, January 9, 2010 from 9 am – 1 pm at the Algonquin Regional High School in the café.
Flu is unpredictable, and we don’t yet know whether we’ll see another wave of illness this flu season so it is important that we continue our efforts to provide as many opportunities as we can for residents to get vaccinated – this year, more than ever.
Also please note that children 9 years and younger need a second dose of vaccine at least 28 days after the first. All children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Pre-registration is recommended. Please pre-register on our web page at www.town.northborough.ma.us although walk-ins will also be accepted. If you email me to register please provide the name and date of birth of each person you wish to register and also the most convenient time for your appointment on Saturday. All vaccines will be provided at the upcoming clinic free of charge.
Thank you,
Jamie Terry
