Town Election Deadlines

Decision time 2010 is upcoming!  Any prospective candidates out there?  (Drop me an email to set up an interview)

Town Election Nomination papers are available at the Town Clerk’s Office at Town Hall.  The last day to obtain papers is March 19th and the last day to submit them to the Registrars of Voters is on March 22nd.  Voters must be registered by April 6th to vote in the Town Elections and at Town Meeting.  April 12th is the last day to post warrants for Town Meeting and Elections.  Town Meeting will be April 26th and the Town Election will be May 10th.

Positions up for election in May:

Moderator (1 year position)

Incumbent: Frederick A. George Jr.

Board of Selectmen (3 year position)

Incumbent: Leslie S. Rutan

Planning Board (3 years position)

Incumbent: Michelle Gillespie

Northborough School Committee (3 Year position)

Incumbent: Nancy W. Berglund

Northborough-Southborough Regional School Committee (3 year position)

Incumbent: Joan G. Frank, papers taken out 2/2/2010
