T-Mobile Northeast LLC is proposing to construct a new telecommunications tower facility located at 265 Main Street, Northborough, MA. The new facility will consist of a 120-foot monopole tower, with antennas mounted at 117 feet, and support equipment located at the base of the tower within a fenced compound on a 40-foot by 40-foot lease area. What will the set back be to Memorial Field? Town by-laws for school set back, where kids play, is 1000 ft. Wonder if it will be the same for the field, where kids play.
At the Planning Board Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 2nd the applicant T-Mobile
will be present their proposal for the cell tower. If you have any questions and/or
concerns you may want to consider attending the meeting. We meet on the 2nd Floor
in the Town Hall Bldg. at 7:00 pm.
