A public hearing will be held on March 2, 2010 at 7:00pm in the Northborough Town Hall, 63 Main St., Northborough MA to consider the special permit application of T-Mobile Northeast LLC for a wireless communication facility to be located at 265 Main Street, Assessors Map 47 Parcel 03. In accordance with the Northborough Zoning Bylaws Chapter 7-10-040, the applicant is proposing a 120 foot four-carrier wireless telecommunications monopole. Plans are on file at the offices of the Town Clerk and Town Planner.
Update: ZBA will be considering the petition of T-Mobile Northeast LLC February 23rd for a Variance/Special Permit to allow a Wireless Communication Facility to be located less than the required 1000-foot distance from St. Bernadette’s school and less than the required 500-foot distance from the nearest residential property line; and to allow the fence required to surround the proposed Wireless Communication Facility to be located less than the required distance from side and rear property lines on the property located at 265 Main Street.
