SMG offers Diabetes Support Groups Session to the Public

The groups are free and open to all patients with diabetes even if they do not receive their care at Southboro Medical Group.

Type 2 Diabetes Support Group: Meetings are held every other month.  All meetings are held from 6:30-7:30 at the Southboro facility. Please call 508-460-3268 for meeting room location as this is subject to change.

Women with Type 1 Diabetes Support Group:
