Please be advised that Governor Patrick has ordered that the United States flag and the Commonwealth flag be lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 in honor of Corporal Paul Fagundes of Fall River, Massachusetts who died in the line of duty on July 4, 2010 at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
