“Tales from the Lunchbox”
Just in time for back-to-school! Kelly Kurtz from Sport Nutrition for Kids will help us take a closer look at what our kids are eating today. Current research is showing the damaging effects of our everyday food that is contributing to the development of chronic degenerative diseases at an early age! Come learn how what your child eats can directly effect their ability to focus and concentrate in school and everyday tasks.
Date: Thursday August, 12, 2010, 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Location: Whitney Place, 238 West Main St, Northborough, MA 01752

September chapter meeting
Mothers & More of Assabet Valley invites local moms to a discussion about “Back to School”. It’s September and the kids are back in school. And that means there is so much to do, so many decisions to make, and so much to keep track of… HELP!!! Please join us for a chat-in-the-hat style discussion about those “back-to-school” issues, problems and logistics. We’ll share ideas and learn from each other as we socialize, sip some coffee or tea, and relax with friends. Hopefully you’ll leave with some helpful information and the knowledge that you’re not in this alone.
Date: Tuesday, September 14, 2010, 7:30 p.m.
Location: Borders, in the Cafe, near Solomon Pond Mall, 739 Donald J. Lynch Blvd. Marlborough
