Yoga & Meditation for Moms

Moms – feeling stressed? Want to learn how to feel more relaxed in everything you do? Join us for a fun, relaxing session of yoga,
breathing, and learning self-care techniques to help you be a calm, centered parent.

The program will include:
• Information about the benefits of stress-reducing tools and practices
• Yoga poses and relaxation tools that can be done anytime, anywhere
to relax your body, calm your mind and help restore your energy
• Fun, creative relaxation tools to practice with your children
Above all, this is a time for you. Enjoy the company of other mothers and leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and focused. No previous yoga
experience necessary. Poses and stretches will be modified for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat or towel.
Bari Koral is a NYC-based certified yoga teacher, children’s singer/songwriter and music and movement specialist. She has been
practicing yoga and meditation for over 19 years; earning her teacher certification in 2006. As the chief yoga instructor at Hunter College, Bari developed their program into the most popular activity in the college’s group fitness department. Bari has taught yoga and meditation at many pre-schools and Fortune 500 companies including broadcasting and airline companies.
