Rich’s daughter [...] The Northborough Garden Club announces the 2010 scholarship application is now available from our website at http://gardencentral.org/clubs/scholarship/. Applicant must be a high school senior and resident of Northborough for at least two years, and accepted at a school of higher education in one of the following fields: Horticulture, Environmental Studies, Agriculture, Botany, Biology, Floral Design, [...] The Rotary Club of Northborough is joining with other Rotary clubs in the area to collect funds to aid the relief efforts in Haiti following the devastating earthquake. Since Rotary International has ongoing projects and people in Haiti, close to 100% of the funds will go directly to the relief effort with very little administrative [...] On Thursday, March 18, 2010, The Northborough Travelers will be attending a performace of “Wall’s Cafe,” a funny, wonderful and wacky comedy, at the Newport Playhouse. Besides the performance, this trip includes one of the best buffets in Rhode Island and a fun-filled cabaret.
