The 2011 Annual Town Meeting will begin on Monday April 25, 2011 7:30p.m. in the auditorium at Algonquin Regional High School 79 Bartlett St. A copy of the Warrant will be available in the Town Clerk’s office by Monday April 11th as required by Town Bylaws.

The fact that only 3 percent of voters turned out for elections last week makes me wonder who is shaping Northborough. A look at Town Meeting attendance gives more insight. On each of the two nights of Town Meeting this year, about 190, or 8% of voters were in attendance. However, scheduling conflicts [...]
