Cell Tower Siting Subcommittee

Town Meeting supported the non-binding warrant article for a moratorium, so where does that leave the question?  Per Rick Leif, chairman of the Planning Board, a moratorium can only be put in place by Town Meeting and the Citizen’s Petition was declared by Town Council as non-binding, thus there won’t be a moratorium this year.
