Northborough’s voting precincts are as follows:

Precinct 1 vote at Proctor School on Jefferson Road
Precinct 2 vote at Lincoln Street School on Lincoln Street
Precinct 3 vote at Peaslee School on Maple Street
Precinct 4 vote at Zeh School on Howard Street

Cell Tower Siting Subcommittee

Town Meeting supported the non-binding warrant article for a moratorium, so where does that leave the question?  Per Rick Leif, chairman of the Planning Board, a moratorium can only be put in place by Town Meeting and the Citizen’s Petition was declared by Town Council as non-binding, thus there won’t be a moratorium this year.
