The groups are free and open to all patients with diabetes even if they do not receive their care at Southboro Medical Group. Type 2 Diabetes Support Group: Meetings are held every other month. All meetings are held from 6:30-7:30 at the Southboro facility. Mr. Jake LeBlanc, the area sales representative for Lifescan blood glucose meters will be the guest speaker at the Northboro Senior Center Diabetes Support Group meeting on Tues Oct 27 at 1 p.m. in the Senior Center. His topic will be Blood Glucose Testing. |
