Together, the 149 participants lost 1,356 pounds of the course of the program. Great Job! Look for the return of this program next Winter, until then keep up the good work!. This one is a little off topic since it’s in Westborough, but there is something for everyone so in case you are interested… May 1st and 2nd Westborough’s Rotary hosts: A 5k, an amateur dog show, carnival, a bake off, a brunch, spaghetti dinner, a triathlon and more See Link for more information. By Kim Mark your calendar for March 21st (8 to noon) for the 39th annual scholarship pancake breakfast sponsored by the Northborough Rotary Club. Last year this event funded 7 scholarships to graduating seniors. The event will be at Lincoln Street School and will feature music from the school bands. By Kim The Northborough Rotary Club will be hosting an open house February 11th from 6pm-7:30pm at Whitney Place, 238 West Main Street in Northborough. Come learn about Rotary’s community and global initiatives, fellowship and fun! Members will be there to greet and share their Rotary experiences with you. The Northborough Rotary Club has a heating assistance fund which will provide a one time gift of 150 gallons of oil or equivalent in other heat source to assist those in need this winter.
