The Senior Center, at one time scheduled for an August opening date, is experiencing delays. Kelly Burke, Director of the Senior Center says, “We are very anxious to be in the new Senior Center as well. I do not have a date but I do know that we are awaiting approval from MWRA (the sewer will [...]  The new center features a fitness room, a billiards room, an art room, a kitchen, a large lobby/lounge, a multi-purpose room, a separate administrative area, and a geothermal heating and cooling [...] April 2008, Northborough Town meeting appropriated $6.4M for the building of a senior center. The building shown in the above picture is located at 119 Bearfoot Road, and is scheduled to opened September of this year.
